Successful Day, Trip Extended Until Feb. 13th

Thank you to all who prayed for us today! Gene, Trey, and I started the day thinking we would not be going to Haiti since the container we were going to offload in Mirebalais was delayed in Miami because of an issue with a crane. We called our friends in Croix Des Bouquets who have set up a transitional orphan village to see if we could help them this week while we waited for the container to arrive. Mike Fox of The Global Orphan Project said if we could get from the Dominican Republic to Croix which is about twenty minutes outside of PaP, they would have a place for us and work to do. So we headed to the KC airport and without our knowing Mike sent an email to a contact! So now we have a ride to Croix from the DR! The woman at the ticket counter in KC changed our return ticket without any fuss and now we are on standby possibly to return Feb 13. We are in Miami right now and flying to the DR tomorrow. Chris Tran is joining us in the DR tomorrow and we should be off to Croix around 1:15pm! Pray for the container to arrive in Mirebalais on Mon or Tues of next week. Our hope is to travel to Mirebalais as soon as the container arrives. Our trip has been extended almost a week, but we are grateful just to be going. Keep praying for God to open doors and thank you for your many prayers thus far.
