Sweet Charlene
Trey and I are with some of the kiddos here. Charlene is in the wheelchair. Charlene is a 10yr. old who lost her mom and siblings in the earthquake. She ended up trapped in the rubble for three days. It looks like she did not have any broken bones but did have severe burns over her body as well as nerve damage in her lower legs and feet. I'm told that when they removed a layer of damaged and infected skin from Charlene's lower legs, she didn't cry, flinch or even grimace. You should see this girl. She has a smile and a sweetness that will absolutely melt your heart.

Nice to see your picture on your blog. Praise God that you've already gotten opportunities to minister to the Haitians. We are proud of you and your group and all you do to help the Haitians.
PS--Are you getting regular meals???
Hi Cassandra,
Thanks. We are getting a hearty breakfast and a nice dinner. We tie ourselves over in between with our protein bars. We're doing just fine with meals.
Hi Mike,
Great to read your stories. You guys are awesome, keep up the good work!
Say hi to everyone and I look forward to more!
We're praying for you all (that's Oklahoma talk).
Richie
Richie,
We miss you down here! I haven't been to Haiti in a long time without you. Say hi to Piper and hug the kiddos for me.
